No fan in the bathroom. Obvious moisture and or smell issue, many fans and baking soda absorbtion things around. Tv is only google tv, so was very limited. "BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine....
