"I can say in our experience there was so much attention to detail. When a landlord/host focuses on small things the big things take care of themselves. Salt next to the entrance door for the walkway, a box of tissue in every room, snacks in a welcome basket, magazines of what to do locally. Host let us check out late so we could go to a planned event on time. Kindness goes a long way and this was a great experience. I even met a neighbor who invited me over for a beer lol. I have a renewed view...

"The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host. I’d stay again!"

"Very clean, perfect for little ones who want to be loud and can have their own space. The basement had a full gym, which we didn't have a chance to use, but very well stocked, especially with a sauna. We left our Apple Watch, and the cleaners found it! Host of very responsive! It was a bit farther than we'd hoped to Pat's Peak but still worth it!Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"The cottage is exactly as described and the pictures are extremely accurate. It is a beautiful and tastefully decorated place and we would stay there again without hesitation. It is about 8 miles to Sunapee, but it is a relatively easy drive. There are some great restaurants a few miles away as well as a supermarket close by. Communication with the owners was extremely easy. They were very responsive. Awesome place!"

"This house is perfection. Stunning and beautiful house while still felling comfortable, welcomed, and at home. You will appreciate all the obvious thought, care, and consideration that the hosts put into creating this space. Sun rises over the mountains in front of the house which is the most amazing way to start your day. Very close the Sunapee lake and the mountain, has good linens, comfortable beds & pillows, easy to use TVs, awesome air hockey table that my kids played with forever, hot tub...

"The house was equipped with phone charges in every room. A hot tub that was great. It had 4 drying racks for your ski shoes/ gloves which was a plus! 2 washing machines and 2 kitchens. We would come back again to this house. "

"The house was absolutely beautiful. A unique mix of modern and 70’s. The layout was spot on . We were only there one night , a very quick stop over but it was so comfortable and cozy. The host was so easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. Plenty of room to sleep a large group and the views….you have to see in person. Stunning . I travel a lot and use VRBO for all of my travels. This was one of the best experiences I have had . I recommend 100%. "
