If you read a review for the place as Ramada Inn, just skip the review. The sweetest couple bought it and spent tons of time and money shining this place up. From a couple of conversations with the owners I could really tell, they have their hearts and minds in the right place to run this place. The few smallest issues were being taken seriously and addressed immidiately. Service is definitely their #1 concern and focus.

From a couple of conversations with the owners I could really tell, they have their hearts and minds in the right place to run this place. "Great location for Tempe Center for the Arts, ASU, and Tempe Town Lake. Secured parking garage was an added plus. The apartment was very spacious, had all the necessities, and was very clean. WiFi was fast so I was able to work from the apartment with ease. I would definitely stay here again if another conference brings me to Tempe."

"My husband and I stayed in this hotel last night as we are passing through town. The staff was friendly. The room looks great and the bed was comfortable. The towels were very fluffy. My only concern is that the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. Other than that, everything else is great."
