"I called the property the evening before confirming my reservation. I was told that I would receive a email with instructions on how to access the property the following day. Coming up at 12:00 noon the next day, no information provided. I had to message the property who finally after 20 minutes of waiting sent the email. "The living environment is terrible. The old air conditioner hangs inside the room, which is very noisy. When I sacrificed the air conditioner, I could actually hear the birds singing outside the window at 3 am. The staff tried to open my room to clean at 9 am and I was not check out yet. Didn't they communicate which room was checked out and could it be cleaned first? This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in recent years.btw, all staff was good service."

Code system for entry was a bit problematic. Took 5-6 tries to enter our room each time. Never met our host in person.
