"The staff was great,"

"We flew in for the F1 Race and apparently it is a thing to not turn on the heat at this hotel unless you absolutely need it. Our room was 65 degrees and we wanted to turn on the heat since we don't normally sleep when it is this cool. "Front desk girl was not friendly or helpful."

"The Manager, John, gave me and my Son outstanding customer service, our room was clean and our bed was comfy, and the waffles in the morning were delicious. We plan on staying here again."

"Shabby accomodations"

"It's a nice place to stay. We loved it, specially the pool. The breakfast is ok. The hot pool was not working but other than that the stay was great."

"Room was okay, but had a smell and the ceiling looked like it was falling apart on room 415"

"N-A"

"Only had a small issue with check in since the room was not ready at 3 but was ready by 330. The staff were great and the stay was a really good one."
