"Rigtig fint til en enkelt overnatning inden flyvning næste morgen. Morgenmadsbuffet kunne dog godt bruge nogle flere europæiske retter."

"One of the best in PALEMBANG"

"Topklasse hotel !!! Alt var godt, søde og serviceorienterede medarbejdere, god morgenmad, lækkert værelse og godt fitnesscenter Kommer gerne igen"

"Staff was very helpful the room was clean"

"baik, "

"Kedai makan berdekatan"

"Okay sted med fin pool men ligger et lidt uattraktivt sted"

"oke"

"I think the property was excellent overall, it is a beautiful hotel and looks like no expense has been spared. WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. I would have thought this would be a paramount requirement. "

"Very smiling and polite staff"

"The staff were phenomenal. I chose a sea view room, and was blown away by not only the view, but the quality of the room overall. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and there were events to keep us entertained, as well as several food and drink options within easy walking distance - Marley's Signature was particularly noteworthy. I'll most definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful stay. A big thank you to the entire team at Novotel Lampung!"

"Bom pacaraio! Bagus sekali!"

"Great location, excellent staff, good restaurant, facilities OK. Hotel maintenance could be a bit better. Room next to busy road, substantial traffic noise, especially early evening. Inflexible when amending booking, ie wanted to charge more than original booking when reducing stay by one day."
