"We stayed for 5 days as a fam of 4. House is newly updated and well equipped. Neighborhood definitely going through redevelopment but we always felt safe. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts super responsive. "

"We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back...

"We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!"

"Great place to stay for our visit to DC. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It’s located a simple 15-20 min walk from the No-Ma Gallaudet metro station and also near Union station. Trader Joe’s was a 10-15 min walk away, which made picking up some groceries easy.Owners were helpful and quick to respond before our stay and during our stay.It was a great stay! "
