The space
THE PROPERTY: This apartment space is completely yours to use, as well as the large front yard and fire pit space. We do run a small countertop business out of here, but do not manufacture, so noise and commotion is at a minimum during the weekdays.

SPORTSMANS ENTRY: Great space to hang wet and muddy clothes from the field. Boot dryer available in main living entry for boots that got wet on the inside.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered grilling and sitting patio. Outdoor firepit with grilling forks and outdoor chairs included (please put chairs back inside of an evening). Bag boards (cornhole) available in Sportsman's entry.

BEDROOM: Queen Bed | Twin XL Bunkbed | Air mattress if needed

KITCHEN: New appliances, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, drip coffee maker, flatware, spices etc.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV, LVP flooring, open-concept, dining table, poker table, dartboard, complete lounge style recliners. electric fireplace, great soundbar and lights for movie and sports watching.

GENERAL: Washer & dryer combo, towels, linens, complimentary toiletries, central air conditioning, keyless entry

ACCESSIBILITY: Second Story Apartment

PARKING: Large gravel parking for boats or trailers with accessible outdoor outlet for all your charging needs.

GUEST ACCESS: Keyless entry. Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as the parking and large grass area in front of the building.
