• Rainbow in Paradise •

There is a verse in the bible that tells us, "I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth." (Gen 9:13)

I was lucky to spot such a wonderful divine and natural phenomenon in this place and it was so beautiful.

The island is called Lembeh Island, the strait is called Lembeh Strait and the place i took this picture is from a cozy bungalow at Black Sand Dive Retreat.

"We were there overnight only - arrived at dusk and left before dawn. it will be very beautiful when it is completed. unfortunately, we had an invasion of ants in our otherwise spotless bathroom. they came and sprayed and swept up the dead ants but we would have liked to be switched to a room that didn't smell of raid. there were many more dead ants in the bathroom in the morning so clearly they are living inside the wall somewhere. the staff were lovely."
