We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food."

"The Lighthouse Beach House was a perfect little getaway for my husband and myself. It probably would be a good size for a family with little kids, but I think if you had teens it might be a little cramped. It was way more remote than I had anticipated, but that was totally fine for us. "$125.00 extra charge when arriving. Almost all the remotes needed batteries. Furniture was all shoved up against walls, everything needed to be set back up. Kayaks were under house buried under a massive amount of junk and covered with sand and debris. A/C worked on and off. A/c window unit drain poured water on steps down to sea wall making them very slippery all the time. May have been a very nice place years ago but really shows its age and poor maintenance. "I can't even put into words how pleased we were with this location. We were able to walk around at night and feel safe (saying a lot when it was 2 females feeling safe too). The beds were super comfortable. The home had everything we needed. I received a text and was able to reach the host if needed for anything. We will definitely be looking to go back in our future. Go ahead and book this home, you will not be disappointed"
