"A last minute stay after a car accident. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is in the middle of all you want to see and do in the Soo. While it may look old on the outside, the inside is wonderfully updated. While the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, there are plenty of great places very close by."

"I'd been waiting 50 years to stay here! A fabulous little "tourist" motel complex literally across the street from the Soo Locks. As a child on vacation, my parents would drive by this modest venue on our way into Ontario to fish and etc. Our destination was never the Soo proper ... But it was mine, last week! Yes, the walls are thin and the venue itself is "retro" all the way, but the people are friendly and, honestly, compared to the two Wyndham properties I stayed stayed at on the same trip...

"Nice house in a great location. Upstairs is very clean. We appreciated the availability of fans and the bottle of wine from the host. The fenced yard was great, with a full privacy fence, deck, and picnic table; this was a perfect space for our dog. The entertainment room was a nice space, but has a strong, musty smell. Additionally, the basement doesn’t have any kind of door or gate, making it difficult to keep pets out. "
