The second living room includes a rustic wood-burning fireplace, a sofa and two
armchairs, and board games for the entire family to enjoy. A dining table that seats six
provides additional dining space. Soaring ceilings and skylights let the sunlight stream
in.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Our designer chef’s kitchen may ensure you never want to leave! This kitchen boasts
brand-new luxurious cabinetry, marble countertops, and top-quality appliances,
including Frigidaire refrigerator and freezer, Monogram gas range and oven, an additional GE oven, and Frigidaire microwave. The large island provides ample space to cook up a storm while enjoying backyard views through the many windows. A sliding door leads straight from the kitchen to the backyard deck.
Also provided for guests’ use is a coffee machine, blender, pots and pans, and cutlery and dishware.
There is plenty of room for family dinners in the large dining room which is right off the
kitchen and overlooks the front yard. Additional seating in the kitchen and second living room ensures there is always room for anyone that’s hungry. 2 High chairs are on hand for infants.
Indulge in the luxurious custom bar area, where you can pop a cork in your beautiful
surroundings.
BEDROOMS
This home sleeps 18 comfortably plus infants. Pack and plays are available upon
request.
A fully stocked laundry room is located on the first floor for your convenience. The
washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, detergent, and cleaning supplies are all
provided for your use.

Conveniently located right off the foyer, this spacious bedroom is wheelchair accessible.
This bedroom has two full-sized beds, a dedicated workspace, beautiful shelving, and a luggage rack. Large windows overlook the front yard. This bedroom’s doorway is 64 inches wide, making it very easy to access by wheelchair. A bathroom is located off the foyer right outside the bedroom.
Bedroom 2:
On the second level, this beautifully decorated bedroom has 2 39’’ beds, ample closet space, and a luggage rack. With windows overlooking the lush front yard, you can enjoy the view right from bed.
Bedroom 3:
This luxurious and moody bedroom has 2 full size beds and ample closet space, as well
as a full-length mirror and luggage rack. A large 55 inch screen TV ensures you’re never
bored. This bedroom has beautiful views of the backyard.

The designer bedroom includes 2 - 39 inch beds and a full-length mirror. 2 large closets,

a door that has a lock if necessary (it might be!).

This home is situated on 2+ acres of private property on a quiet cul-de-sac. The circular
driveway leads to the home, with ample parking for all guests.
Enjoy sunny days on the spacious deck, complete with a BBQ grill for those perfect
cookouts and a dining area for al fresco meals, plus outdoor couches.
As evening falls, gather around the outdoor fire pit, surrounded by cozy seating—perfect
for roasting marshmallows or sharing stories under the stars. (Firewood not provided-
ask us if you’d like us to provide some.)
All outdoor furniture is available seasonally.

This home is located in a residential area; therefore, there is a strict no-party rule in
place.
No loud noise is allowed after 9 pm.
Please be considerate of the neighbors and
do not park on the road.
No smoking is allowed and there will be a $500 penalty if violated.
All guests are subject to additional screening.
Security Deposit: A deposit equal to 10% of the reservation total will be charged and held securely. It will be fully refunded 48 hours after checkout if the property is left in good condition and all house rules are followed.
