"For people who wants to take bus to Fuji mountain, please check the schedule with the front desk. We did not check and found that the schedule was different from the website. You need to plan the shuttle well so that you don't miss the bus, or just take a taxi in order to take the bus. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the bus stop.
It could be helpful for the hotel to print out the bus schedule for the guests, as English communication sometimes is slow and could discourage guests from...

"Sjovt at prøve en traditionel ryokan, men én overnatning havde været fin. Byggepladsen overfor hotellet ødelagde stemningen af at bo ude i skoven. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme, men da hotellet er meget lydt, kunne vi høre støvsugere allerede klokken 07:30. Generelt var der støj fra gangene hele natten lang.
