"I reserved a room for my sister and her best friend for Friday, May 29th so they could enjoy a wonderful downtown experience for her birthday. When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. She didn’t even point them in the direction of their room or tell them about the amenities offered at the hotel. "Our room was very clean. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. My kids absolutely loved the pool. I personally love the fact that the pool is warm and not freezing cold! This was a A+ stay and hopefully we will be back to visit in the future!"

"The property was nice until you get to the room. We stayed on the 3rd floor . Our room was clean until you looked at the floor it was dirty especially in the corners like bathroom and closet. The biggest issue was the AC did not work correctly. The room smelled so musky and the air blew like warm/barely cold. The room felt wet and gross. We checked in later in the afternoon around 6 and the air was off so I turned it on and we left for dinner . Came back around 9 and that’s when we knew it...

"There was a slow drain in the bathroom told the front desk nobody came to check on it hopefully it will be fixed for the next guest the ice machine had no ice had to go to a different floor for that and the breakfast preparer had a late start had to wait on it luckily breakfast ended at 10. Lastly the suite looked something like the room it appeared much smaller than the listing on the internet"

"Loved staying at the Kenley. The staff was so helpful getting us a later check out due to the Ironman. We loved having cold bottled waters in the fridge available to us when we were coming and going. Also cookies always out and fruit infused waters! The location is super convenient. I’d say the only thing that was a little inconvenient was the queen bunkbeds in the rooms. I’d say unless you have kids the bunk bed situation is not ideal but I understand the space saving element in a big city and...
