"When we arrived we were welcomed by the most friendly receptionist Erica. She made us feel at home. It is not possible to say anything bad about this place. Convenient location, friendly staff all over the place, nice clean and well maintained rooms.

"It was great! The pillows and beds were incredibly comfortable! The shower water got hot and the pressure was amazing! The view of the water was peaceful! Loved having serval places to eat with in walking distance! We went for the aquarium and it was right across the way as well!! Just wish coffee was available all day ( besides room coffee) "

"The hotel was conveniently located in the middle of the places I wanted to visit while in town. It was clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint was that the parking spots fill up quickly. The highlight of my stay was the front desk attendant. He answered my many questions with a smile and knew my name by the end of my second day there. Thanks Azlan! "

"Hotellet var i gå afstand til alt i byen. Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt, de løb tør for wheat brød den første dag og der kom ikke noget de tre andre dage. Uhøflig personale der ikk engang kigger op og siger hej når man går forbi."

"Fantastic location in the heart of Chattanooga. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere. Tons of restaurants, parks, and entertainment within a 15 min walk.
The hotel is very nice, just a bit dated. Nice big rooms and a great lobby and pool. The floors are pretty dinged up, but nothing else was too terrible."
