"Overall no complaints. Felt like being at home. I go drop off my bags 4 hours early to find out that my room was ready. I really appreciate that. I was getting Reno done at my condo 10 mins walk from this hotel/condo. This morning place has more than my place. Love the in room washer/dryer and shower heads with the best water pressure. Also the eco stat which controls the air conditioning, perfect because it was 30+ outside. Staff was super friendly. This place will be on the top of my mind...

"We had a wonderful stay here! The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room waa comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was excellent. Close to great restaurants, the farmer's market and Kinsmen Park. Highly recommend. "

"Room was clean, staff were great and always available to help. Breakfast was very good.
The only two points to consider are
1.Street is dirty and noisy and somehow unsafe.
2.Paid parking has no gate or security so homeless people wander in the parking.
I did't cut one star because the environment is downtown Edmonton and not in control of the hotel management."

"Great location! Downtown is easily accessible whether by foot or car. Tons of great restaurants around and activities.
The rooms are quite spacious and have a lot of amenities that look classy. My only complaint is how rough the towels were. "

"The complimentary breakfast was awesome! The location was great walking distance to everything we needed! The only issue was homeless at night but that is not in control of the hotel. They did not bother us we did not go outside at dark unaccompanied. We overall enjoyed our stay! Will definitely stay there again! :) "

"Great view of the Edmonton river valley from the dining room and outdoor patio. The staff were all courteous and accomodating.
My wife's only complaint was the hair conditioner bottle was empty. Not a problem for me because I don't have much hair left and can't read labels without My glasses.

"From check in to check out double tree made our stay memorable. The area around can be a deterrent for some but the homeless around don’t seem to be aggressive, but stay guarded and use caution anytime. The LRT is close, about a 17min walk to Roger’s place.
Edmonton occasionally has a stench of sewage. That’s infrastructure and nothing the hotel can do. Our room was clean, and in the closet there was removable hangers which was a win for me. Everything worked. You can tell they have made some...

"Everything starting with check in was top notch. Taran was great, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The inside of the hotel was very clean. The only thing with this hotel was the fact that there were many homeless or addicts in the area. More of an eye sore for the area. With that being said we never felt unsafe. There was always security or police patrols in the area so I would say we felt extra safe. We would walk from the hotel downtown and we walked to and from a concert at Roger’s place....

"My stay at Urban Atlas was absolutely perfect. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Being right downtown with free parking made getting around super easy. I loved the espresso machine with decaf, tea, and hot chocolate options…such a nice touch! The AC kept things comfortable, and the dedicated workspace was great for getting some work done. Evenings were relaxing with cable TV, and the hosts were friendly and quick to respond. I’d definitely stay here again!"
