"This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We wrote the host several times on to get the check in instructions and they went unanswered. We arrived at 4pm as we said we would- and still had no instructions and no reply from the host. We had our entire Thanksgiving dinner in the car along with food for the two nights. We ended up having to throw most of it away. Finally the host emailed us at 7pm- we had children with us who needed to eat- and spent 600 on dinner when we had been...
