"I had a wonderful experience with staff, check-in and out process was easy. The room was nice, well kept, and housekeeper kept everything well stocked. We took advantage of the Swim-Up Bar and it was very nice and accommodating. Dining options was good it offered buffet style options for breakfast/lunch or restaurant style. My overall best restaurant was 9 Doors, Japanese 10/10. "

"The internet was lousy. The all inclusive quality of food was mainly carbohydrates (pasta, pizza, over-cooked veggies, multi coloured cakes, french fries. All this served in a food hall/canteen with bright light and very noisy. Everybody pushes each other to get to the food and line up to wait. "I really like that it is close to the airport. Staffs are friendly. l love the nightly shows and parties, and I appreciate that the organization did not close down while the renovation/construction is going on, this makes people still have jobs. This shows that they are a people person. I also like that they are family oriented, I enjoyed seeing kids involved in the shows, and I appreciate when they recognize birthdays of both kids and adults.
