"The hotel is at a great location near shops and restaurants. The service in reception was fantastic, always smiling and helpful, taking time to talk to the kids, we were even able to check-in early with no ekstra charge. Be aware that the pool was children hours, so the children can not go swimming outside these times. It worked well for us and it's nice that they can play and be noisy as kids in a pool, at these hours. The only problem we had, was the foldout sofa which was quite noisy when...

"This hotel offers it all! Excellent service from arrival until departure from all staffmembers. Located right next to Buckingham Palace (2 min. walk) and St. James' Park and 5 minute walk to Victoria Station and Underground this is the place to be if you fancy central location. The English Grill restaurant at the hotel serves a magnificent Beef Wellington and the possibility to enjoy a English tea experience at the hotel. I will select this hotel again any day of the week and twice on sundays. "

"Stayed in a family room with twin beds in one room and a rather big queen in the other. This is incredible value for money. You get a kitchen are close to the metro and many many restaurants- the inhouse Proper Slice became a favorite witg the kids. "
