"Quiet and safe area. Disappointed with appliances for breakfast. Definitely ok if you’re not looking for more aesthetic housing. First ARBB I stayed at that didn’t have upgraded coffee maker, toaster and no access to coffee or tea. Would have been better with coffee for AM. "

The accommodations were immaculate, comfortable, and perfect for our large group. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here. "

"The location is unbeatable, and the property is fantastic. We had three small children and a dog, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The yard was lovely, even if we didn't luck into great weather. Incredibly close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the seaport museum. We had a great visit, and would absolutely stay again!"

"The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...

"The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. Located near the seaport and a the small shops. The owner was quick to respond. Highly recommend this rental."
