"Stayed 4 nights while we visited Acadia and loved the unit. Clean, comfortable and high quality. Location near grocery store and restaurants was great. It was a minor inconvenience to have the bathroom on the first floor. 40 minute drive to Acadia."

"The Upper Deck unit was bright and sunny (as were all the days we visited in mid September!). It is the perfect location to walk to the little village to shop or eat - or to catch the wonderful and convenient Explore Bus. Despite its close location to town, the setting is quiet, with views of the harbor. We also enjoyed being able to bike to Seawall and beyond to Bass Harbor lighthouse. "We really enjoyed our stay here. The space is renovated and really well done. It is so quiet and peaceful overlooking the water. If you don’t mind not being in the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place for you. We were close to hikes in the area we wanted to do and did trips into the surrounding towns including Bar Harbor. The host, Joy, was very responsive and gave great advice on places/things to do and our trip into Bar Harbor. The only few things is that the wifi can be a bit spotty,...

"We enjoyed our visit at the Zen Den. Location was great and it is nicely appointed for a small space. We did however find the slanted ceiling a challenge and bumped our head several times a day. That said, the host makes the most of the space and otherwise we had a nice stay! "
