"Good location, good price. Looks lovely from outside. However, inside, carpets needs cleaning as our feet were sticking to it. Kids room light was flickering, twice approached different members of staff but nothing was done. Not enough mugs in the room (only 2 in a family room)."

"On arriving I was the outside appearance was a bit of a shock and I doubted wether as a single female traveller to stay there was some rooms where the curtains in the windows was torn down , broken chair outside , some of the other guests was outside let's just say was enjoying a few pints etc but I gave it a benefit of the doubt and went and checked in so I could see what the room was like before making a disision wether to not stay. "I demand a refund. I waited in the dark in the rain for the host to give me the code to get in. The host did not answer calls. This was an emergency to get to the nearby hospital to visit a critically ill relative. I did not stay and booked another place "

"I had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Mark was an excellent host. The breakfast was superb and the rooms are immaculate. The location is very peaceful with safe parking for vans etc. There are 2 good pubs local for evening meals etc. Overall a fantastic place and I will definitely return."

Very good service and you can really feel how they make an extra effort to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and so well made with a something for every taste.
