"Nicely located on Av. Louise. But a bit surprised about the enthusiastic reviews for this hotel, considering several shortcomings. Rooms are modern with a design twist, beds are confortable and AC was working fine. There we problems in our bathroom room , however, with water spilling onto the floor when showering and it took ages to get hot water running in the morning. If you get rooms facing the courtyard you will be having black solar panels for a view. Great environmentally, but not particularly charming. Elevator leading to rooms on the backside of hotel is really small and barely big enough for two people. Staff a bit aloof - some of them barely greeting guests. I have seen better customer service. Hotel is well located close to number of EU institutions, but not ideal if you are in Brussels for tourism. Beside the hideous carpets in the hallways, common areas have ok decoration. Furniture in rooms might be a bit dated, but rooms are nice, on the spacious side and with good, hard beds. The complementary WiFi is rather slow. Did not try the pool or gym. Ate at one of the restaurants in hotel, which served good food at decent prices. "
