"We found our check-in to be accomodating especially since I have mobility issues. Our room was to be on the second floor and we were provided with a first floor upgrade at a nominal fee. It was quiet with a comfortable bed . We did find that our operation of the television was quite difficult. We feel there should have been more explanation on its control. "Lovely location with babbling brook next to the home. Everything was well stocked with nice amenities. Memory foam mattress was the most comfortable I slept on. Well maintained dirt road for about a mile or so to get there. All & all, excellent place to stay. "

"Room was very clean & comfortable. Make sure to bring your own pots, pans, utensils, plates & so on as they are not provided with the room. If you don't have them with you, they sell sets at the front desk. Hotel was very quiet, never heard a TV or any noise from other guests."

"We had one of the apartments out back and it was really nice. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good and the waiter, Brian I think, was a very nice deadpan comedian. We enjoyed the hot tub too! The only thing we didn't appreciate was that it took about 10 minutes of running the water to get hot water for the sinks and showers. Not really a problem to wait, but it seems a waste of water."
