"We just needed a place for a couple of nights so that we could make the day trip to Dry Tortugas NP. This fit the bill! It wasn’t fancy but we felt safe and were easily able to fit our family of 5. But I wouldn’t have stayed for longer than 2 nights as we would’ve been cramped. We had everything we needed and all the necessary instructions ahead of time. And the view off of the back deck was pretty incredible! Also, if you don’t have a sound machine, be prepared for a rooster alarm clock!"

"We brought our 21 foot center console and used the provided dock space. Other than it being very shallow to get in and out to the main channel, it was perfect for loading and unloading and it was safe with no waves or issues for our six night stay. Management provides intel on boat and trailer logistics. The house was spacious and clean. It’s one flight of stairs. Private reserved code entry parking space. Fenced in tropical oasis with huge mangrove trees overlooking the water. Grillled...

"We had a fantastic experience! Staying on the yacht on the water was magical. The yacht had a great and spacious salon, four full bathrooms, great deck on top and super location at the end of the marina. Our Stewart Heather, George the maintenance gentleman and Jeannie, our host could not have been more welcoming. We charted the boat for a sunset cruise where Heather cooked up a delicious meal. Captain Gregg was an absolute professional. Highly recommend, we are certainly coming back. "
