"The home was in a quiet location and was very clean. Close to everything but off the beaten path. The owner answered my questions in a timely manner. Great for a couple, family, or two couples. So glad we stayed here vs. downtown Gatlinburg. Easy to get to the NP, hiking, sightseeing and dining. Enjoyed ourselves!"

"The property was very nice but could use some attention to the dust on all things.awesome memorabilia of Hank Williams. The floors upstairs move at the end of the twin bed and go down hill a bit in the bathroom. Did contact the cleaning lady when we left to let her know that the washer insides fall apart when you wash clothes. Overall would stay again as it was peaceful and could hear the stream outside and that was nice."

I wish all VRBO properties were this clean and cared for as well as this one. The layout, 3 king bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, made this home perfect for our group of 3 adult couples, a teen and a child. Quick drive to Dollywood, restaurants, and other attractions. Thank you Susan for renting your lovely home!"

"Everything about getting information we needed and checking in was great, I enjoyed the simplicity of it. The pictures did not show some of the age and wear that was there but we didn’t mind, and the pictures made it seem way bigger. But again plenty of room for us. We used the hot tub twice and it worked great. The trip to Gatlinburg was quick and easy, pigeon forge not so much. We did end up seeing a bear on the property but it was a welcome treat as we love wild life. I do wish the tv remotes...

"We enjoyed our stay in your chalet. The views are stunning! The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking. The beds were all comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were clean with ample towels. This was a first for us to stay in the west part of Gatlinburg. It is an easy access to the park."

"This cabin was perfect for my family. Spacious, clean, 2 full baths and quiet! It is located just off the parkway which was very convenient. The host was great to work with also. He sent an email beforehand to let us know that the national park now requires a parking permit, which was very helpful and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again."

"Cozy just like the name says. We were very comfortable. Wish we could have spent more downtime just hanging at the cabin. Do to unfortunate circumstances our little vacation was cut short. It was also nice that the cabin had almost anything we needed."

"Everything was wonderful for our stay. Only thing is I wish there was a broom and some basic cleaning supplies. I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view.
