"Parking was available right outside on street. The hotel was very spacious and modern. Our receptionist Orazio, was very friendly, knowledgeable about Italy, the area, the history and a proud Italian. He was very helpful to suggest places to go on a short stay.5#"

"If you are going to visit Ragusa (and you should), this is absolutely the best place to stay. There is no beating the view and their "secret staircase" saved us many extra steps when walking to the Ibla, which we did numerous times. We had a car with us and found it easy to drive to the hotel and find parking. The gentleman running the place was great. He helped us with recommendations and served us a lovely breakfast every morning. A note about Ragusa, the Ibla are is what you come for, but...

"Hotel is a very charming old baroque palace. Pictures don't do the rooms justice. Very nice room (almost an apartment). Breakfast is in the beautiful garden and was very good. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They even did a tour of the palace which used to be museum run by the same family that owns the hotel. Location is very central in short walking distance from sightseeing, food and drinks. "

"The people who has the hotel were very accommodating as we came in late and they had technically closed but they came and open the doors for us and got us settled and helped us with parking as we arrived in the middle of a festival - very friendly and nice people "
