"From the first view of the grounds to the inside of the Hayloft we were in complete disbelief that our choice of places to stay! So much better than the pictures…but actually just like the photos! Absolutely beautiful! From the tiniest detail to the pumpkins and mums welcoming us on the porch…seeing all of the deer come out of the woods to the lawn at dusk. "We were there for a wedding so we didn’t do any local activities. The house and its history were amazing. Everything you could possibly need was in the home. I liked the location also because you were out of town but still close enough for a few minutes trip to get to restaurants and shopping. "

"In general, this is such a beautiful refuge from the noise of city/suburban life in Upstate New York. Gazing out the window the first morning, we saw a flock of turkeys passing through. The next day, fox and, later, a small herd of deer. The house itself is lovely. Though it was just my husband and I, this is the perfect place for families.
