"It was an incredible experience to live alone in an abandoned village in Mani. You feel far away from everything and it is a nice feeling. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes driving. The house is always fresh downstairs in the main bedroom. For the persons who like to hike, unfortunately, a fire occured in august 2021 so it is not very pleasant to walk in the countryside around. "The hosts Mr Pantelis and Mrs Anna were beyond wonderful. They treated us like family even though they had only met us for the first time. "Hosts guided us to the property when we arrived in Kalamata. Offered advice and showed us the property. They were available to answer questions and advised of good places in the area to visit/eat and further afield. You need access to a car or a good local taxi. "Everything was great. Really nice house with a personal touch. View of the sea from almost all rooms. Clear blue water with sand on the bottom. Great for kids. And a really amazing rooftop terrace. for watching the sea or the stars at night. We would all love to go back!"

"Simple, rustic building with loads of charm and character. Nice hot shower, warm cosy bedrooms with comfortable beds. Right in the middle of the village with the taverna opposite. We had a great dinner there and walked back down our cobbled path to our stone hideaway. The entire village is very scenic with stone towers and cobbled streets wherever you turn. Will try to visit this area again!"
