"Although the desk clerk was pleasant enough, the overall hotel experience was not as expected. It very much needs updating and cleaning . The hallway carpet was torn and stained. The sofa in our room was lopsided due to a broken leg (I reported it to the hotel and the clerk already knew about it). The free breakfast looked good, but there were only 3 tables the next morning. They were all full. Unable to sit on the sofa in our room for breakfast (I didn’t really want to balance a plate of food...

"The place was modern and spotless. The staff was terrific."

"Booked a deluxe room with 2 queen beds and was upgraded to a suite with a sofa bed, that the mattress was not comfortable. The room was not stocked with enough wash clothes for 3 adults, no soap or shampoo. No safe in the room either and for a casino hotel there should be a safe in the rooms."

"Room was way too dark. Only one nightstand…would have liked one on each side of bed with a lamp. No light by table and chairs. The Keurig coffee pot did not seem very clean (where you pore the water), therefore we didn’t use it. I think we were in a handicap room and we did NOT request one. Would have liked a light breakfast."

"The room was way to cold and we could not control the temp. I finally complained and found out that the front desk was in control of the temps. The bed cover was too warm and the mattress was not comfortable. It was too soft with a deep valley in the middle."
