"I was told to book on the sunday and come at 12pm there was a bed in a dormitory for me. I arrive to the guy who was suppose to be in reception outside smoking. I called the mobile number it was the same guy who was outside smoking, he came in and said to me we do not take bookings Sundays after telling me on the phone to book and come. I wasted money on ubers because he wouldn't give me my bed that I had paid for. Absolutely terrible service. He couldn't care less."

"Comfortable and convenient"

"The 2nd bedroom lacked storage and furniture other than beds. No access to safe as couldn’t be opened. Lounge chairs were threadbare, torn and dirty. Booked for 4 people but only towels left for 3 people. Whilst we appreciated the history of the building the dust and grime on walls and shelves was undesirable. Crockery was wet in drawers. "

"While the building is full of character, the stairs to the loft are dangerous for older folk as there is no hand rail. Everything else was lovely. Please for your guests safety put in a handrail."
