"The hotel and rooms are great and reasonably priced. The check-in process however was horrible. The front desk walked us to our room and when he went to open it there was male guest staying there. Apparently staff was supposed to move him to another room but he was unaware. They went back & forth for 5m until the staff finally found us another room 30m later. While they ended up upgrading us to a nice suite the entire process was frustrating especially at night when we just wanted to sleep. "

Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room. I found the code lock to be extremely handy so I didn't have to worry about losing a key or key card while at the beach. This property is an apartment style building right in the neighborhood. "Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". They have zero clue. Don't smile just cold personalities on the whole resort campus. Apartment. Door code is 8 numbers long its a-lot to remember each time,...

"I was for some personal gestions. It was perfect for the price and location. 5 mts walk from the restaurants and bar near the area. Like 10mts walk to Los Soles. Really worked for me."
