"We arrived late for check in. Apparently they have a system that then cancels your booking. Hence; we were provided a double room for a family. The day after they denied to compensate in any way. Very bad experience - we have chosen the place due to good reviews which it did for sure not live up to.

"Our experience on Day 21 was absolutely amazing! From day one, we were warmly greeted by our concierge, Eriol, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. He made dinner reservations for us every night and followed up with us every morning to ask how our dinner was and if everything went well.
Gustavo was the best waiter in the breakfast area, and Romeris was wonderful as well. They were both friendly, attentive, and made our mornings even more enjoyable.

"My experience at " Caribbean Ocean Breeze Hotel" was fair. The up keep of the hotel was okay even though it was advertised to look lavish, refresh and new. I was confused by the hotel name since the booking hotel name was different then what was posted outside the lobby. I then learned that the hotel consistently change the name of there business depending on the reviews. I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to its history of dishonesty and deceitfulness."
"The condo is A1. Our area had a nice pool and a 7 minute walk to the restaurants and bar and a beautiful seawater lagoon. A large part of the resort is still under construction that doesn’t takeaway from what is complete. In 5 years this resort will be the best in Punta Cana. Our only disappointment was the lack of BBQ. The nearest grocery store is an Uber ride away. I would absolutely return to this beautiful modern clean condo. A"
