"We arrived late for check in. Apparently they have a system that then cancels your booking. Hence; we were provided a double room for a family. The day after they denied to compensate in any way. Very bad experience - we have chosen the place due to good reviews which it did for sure not live up to.

"We rented a car for part of our stay and appreciated having that option directly available. It made exploring Punta Cana easy. On other days, we stayed close to the hotel because the pool, restaurants, and beach were all nearby. Our studio was comfortable. Outside gardens were beautiful. The overall setup was very convenient."
