"I loved this resort! Is great for adults and families . The food in the restaurants was great loved asador and mareas . The food in the buffet was okay but there you can find something to eat for everyone.
the drinks were amazing . The lobby bar so pretty ! The hotel is so clean I loved the coffee shop they have milk alternatives !
It was so clean well maintained. The only comment I have was about the pillows in the bedroom find too hard and they charge extra for nice pillows ."

"The facilities were spectacular, the beach was exceptionally clean, entertainment was fabulous!
Would defiantly recommend to enjoy their stay at Serenade.
The Spa would need to adjust their prices to a more reasonable rates.
Spa is definitely overcharging for their facilities use, and their massages.
Facilities use as $60!! should be more like $25-$35.
Massages were $199 p/p. should be more in rage of $100-150.
I could have used less in "selling" from the hotel staff on the excursions. "

"staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. The property is well-maintained and has a peaceful vibe."

"I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great. I would say the only thing I think they would could...
