"Location was great! Breakfast was a 4 out of 5. Not allowed to bring breakfast foods to your room. Must wait to be seated in dining hall to have breakfast. Standard room is really small. No issues with the staff. A microwave in the room would've been nice. "

"Inteior of the property was beautiful. We enjoyed exploring the hotel and using the gym. Unfortunately, not the hotels fault, but the area outside the property felt unsafe at night (after 10pm). During the day there was lots of security and was safe to walk around. Pier 39 is a short 40min walk from the property and you get to see Union Square and China Town. Overall we had a blast. "Traveling with my 12 year old granddaughter, I was most pleased with the reception we received, complete with enthusiastic suggestions on activities and restaurants. Although small, the lobby provided the big coffee table where we could play a game and watch other guests as there was not space in our room. Loved the location!"

"This was a lovely place to stay. It was clean and the staff was courteous and efficient. There were great places to eat all around. Walking is safe and transit is easy to access from the hotel. The pool was clean and family friendly but i would have preferred set adult-only times. Overall an excellent stay."
