Our property manager helped arrange round trip private transportation from the airport, he had golf carts delivered when we arrived, and he arranged for a private chef to cook for 19 people. "The house is very modern with amazing views. Set up and the colors they use all over the house are just amazing. The singing of the frogs and crickets at night made this place like an enchanting environment along with the everyday mist all over the mountains. "I have used VRBO over 20 times, 95% of my reviews are 4-5 star. This place was a BAD experience. No microwave so you must re-heat everything on the stove. Sleeps 9 people in beds and coffee maker makes 2.5 cups at a time. Upstairs shower does not drain. Door lock broke inside but there was a 2nd. Pull handle on door also broke. Owner left 2 towels for each of 3 bathrooms. She said if we wanted more we could go buy some. House shows no pride in ownership. Any thing that needed replacing was done...

"Hotel is of older date, but very well renovated. Room was spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful views from the hotel. Due to the low occupancy in the hotel, there are plenty of space around the pool etc, but only 1 of their 3 restaurants are open. 2 major drawbacks; food quality in restaurant is way below average and overpriced for what it is - example a pizza is 400 pesos and quality worse than pizza hut. Secondly the balcony doors are paper thin so you hear the music from the surrounding bars until 5 am in the weekends."
