"Host still lives in the house even though there is a separate Ohana. Excess stuff scattered around house. Property wasn’t cleaned before arrival. Sliding doors didn’t lock and had chains and padlocks. Landscaping unkept and debris around the pool area. Cat poo in the yard and cats lounging on pool chairs. "Ingrid is fantastic! So nice and helpful. Ingrid is a French native so the home is clean, new. She or her housekeeping service did military grade hospital corners on the beds, it was amazing detail everywhere like that. No dryer, just washer but she has a clothes rack and it was windy enough at night to dry clothes. Walking distance to the grocery store. 3 of the friendliest dogs out in front of the property to entertain the kids as the dogs play fight all the time. New appliances in the...

"Plenty of room, beautiful and comfortable just need it air conditioning in the living room since fans were not working. Otherwise a perfect place to stay. Air conditioning in the bedrooms it was perfect. "

"Everything was just perfect! Communication from the very beginning with Ingrid was informative and reply’s were quick. On arrival Ingrid had a taxi waiting to take us to the Villa where Ingrid and Olivier were waiting to greet us. "Wonderful, large house with pier right on lagoon. Loved everything about the home! Easy check in/ check out. Highly recommend. Also, can drink the water from the fridge (filtered) which is very helpful. Very spacious and nice airflow throughout the home. AC in both bedrooms. Coffee provided on arrival as well. Louana, the property manager, is extremely helpful and friendly, than you so much, Louana! We would love to return! Thank you for everything!"

"We were to stay two nights. Airport went on strike and we couldn’t get there. Tried to cancel no communication between Vrbo the host and me. No refund when it was not our fault. Other people stuck there for days. Could have rebooked with them. Told that this happens every July. Charged for stays that they can’t get the people there."
