Get into the room and the following things were not up to par: light beside the bed didn't work, the desk was dirty with previous occupants food/goop, the cabinet the TV sits on was worse with gross things all over the top and the lotion in the restroom was empty. "Indian Staff was friendly. Bathtub needed a rubber mat for safety. Low cost restaurant nearby Circle K and Baymont had very good Indian food. Too bad Baymont has allowed the exterior of the hotel to chip and peel. It creates a really bad impression, unfortunate because its location just off I-65 should be a very positive asset. "

The hallways were huge, but very warm. Although I can see it would save a tremendous amount of money not to air-condition them, especially since you're only in the halls for a minute or so between the elevators and hotel room.

"We stayed for three nights and experienced no issues. It is a nice mid range hotel. We usually stay in a different hotel but it was sold out so we tried the Best Western and I was pleasantly surprised. "
