"The hotel is very outdated. The couch in the room is stained and disgusting. I would neither sit on it or have things laying on it. Front desk staff was nice and having a shuttle taking you to the airport is nice, but that’s the only nice parts. "

"I have always enjoyed coming to this property as it is closer to family when i travel from roanoke. Weekend we went was busy, full with people and the pool was non operated while we were there which we were not happy about but they were able to get it back up and running they day we left and my little ones were able to enjoy it for a bit. "

"It was quiet and mostly clean. The room was very large, but it took a while for the water to get hot or cold. This is not a hotel to stay at if you want to walk around the neighborhood. Its close to everuthing, as long as you have a car."

"Very welcoming and friendly receptionist who provided useful information about the surrounding area. One needs a car as public transportation is limited, particularly on weekends. Not really suitable for extended stays as the kitchen is not equipped, not really the hotel’s fault but since guests would walk off with the utensils, the best the hotel can do is rent or sell the equipment."

"Renoveret hotel, boede der sidst i 2016, havde glemt at det var det hotel, desværre! Bor der aldrig igen! Havde værelse til gården og der var konstant larm fra nabobygningen, værelset havde enkelt lag glas som SLET ikke var lydisolerende. Morgenmaden er dyr/dårlig og ikke inkluderet i prisen på et værelse til over 300$+tax."
