"Very pleasant stay. Hotel is very well located, just on the edge of old quebec, so everything is easily walkable but also easy to access the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a one bedroom suite which had a comfortable Murphy bed outside the bedroom. While some of the furnishings are showing their age (stiff faucet), we didn't have any issues during our stay. The room service meal we ordered was prompt and tasty with no added fees. Would definitely return next time we're in quebec. "

"Isaac was very warm and welcoming when we checked in. He gave us recommendations for food and it was spot on. I would not have had the same experience if not for Isaac. He always greeted us when we came in and out of the hotel and felt like he was glad to see us.

The room itself was great, very clean and nice, the full kitchen was helpful. The area has a bunch of great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the bus to go into old town. "This is a newer place in a done-over bus depot. The staff were communicative over text but this is a place where you don’t really see the staff and you enter the hotel and your room with a code you give you. So, very hands off and was good for our purposes—being left alone and just coming and going as we needed. The place is clean and new, room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay here again"
