"The campground is being updated as it used to be a church camp. Cabin #1 is a cinder block cabin with 3 bedrooms, one shower/toilet/sink room and a common area for relaxing and eating. It was well decorated and comfortable. It has A/C and a couple fans. They thought of everything when they updated this place. The building with the restrooms is also a comfortable place to play games or watch movies. We were able to kayak and enjoy the river easily. We are looking forward to coming back again."

"We drove from Wisconsin with our dog to stay for 3 nights for my husband’s birthday and it was like we were in a dream! The most basic but well equipped cabin! "We stayed for Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time! The beds were soooo comfortable. The cabin was the perfect size for 3 people and a dog. We were a bit sad that the lake was not good for swimming as it was mid and lilly pads quite a distance into the lake. My dog smelled horrible afterwards. "The view was perfect and the house was the perfect accommodation for this group. The sprawling lawn was a nice bonus for playing games and getting sun. My suggestion would be to get more rugs for the deck as that deck gets way to hot and put in the ladder for use because it’s hard to get in and out of the river. It was nice that the boat had everything we needed in the kitchen. My only concern was how dusty it was. Overall great spot to go with a large group and friends!"
