"My husband and I stay over the weekend. Such a sweet place. The room was spacious, clean and had all the comforts needed. The hospitality reminded us of places we stayed in Ireland. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The property was well kept with lots of lovely flowers and landscaping. We'll definitely book when we come to the area again."

"The property is so picturesque and idyllic. The staff greeted us so warmly every time we saw them. The food was really good and the chef really put her heart into it for it to taste so good. The staff is accommodating for dietary restrictions. My wife is gluten free so for breakfast, as well as the cookies they left for us in the room, it was all gluten free and so delicious.
A great stay in Yarmouth. Will definitely come back and stay here if given the chance! "

"Our Room was so moist, that the towels and bedlinen felt wet. The hotel seems ok at distance, but it is very worn down.
We asked for another room at a higher level, but it was sold out.
We decided to lave the hotel after the first night (had paid for 3 nights), because of the moist. It felt not healthy to sleep in. "

"Our first time in America and we didn't know what expect but from day one it was great. Friendly staff always spoke or just a smile. More than what we were expecting i.e. bath and shower. Room was clean. Fresh sheets everyday. Pool area was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed staying there. Main road is very busy but we hesrd nothing from our room. Seating area outside too which was nice. Lovely place. We stayed here for 3 weeks and didnt have any issues. Thanks :) "

"We had a wonderful time at Cape sands inn. Everybody was so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Good beds and there was a big fridge. Nice clean pool and balcony with access too a cosy garden, were you can grill, play or relax looking at the bonfire. I would recommend Cape sands inn anytime. "

Rooms at least for dogs was squishy, not spacious but adequate for our 3 night stay. No windows if your dog barks when seeing people. Have to keep blinds down. Good privacy blinds but dogs can still see out so we were always in darkness when in the room:(

They provide us with VIP bracelets but no VIP benefits. They should consider incorporating a system where VIP guest have at least faster access to water slides. "

Vi frøs hele natten ( under 10 grader )og om morgenen kommenterede vi dette for receptionisten / ejeren som bare sagde vi ikke havde slået kontakten over på vinter. Vi havde gjort som vi skulle, men han gad ikke engang komme op på værelset og tjekke det. Det var godt nok dårlig service, og der var heller ikke meget hjælp at hente når vi spurgte om noget med hensyn til attraktioner, han havde mere travlt med at pladre i telefon.
