Hotel i Staines Town Centre, Staines

"Overall a fine stay and what we expected from a Premier Inn. I think staff could deal with some retraining on how to deal with customer complaints. We didn't appreciate front desk staff knocking on our hotel door at 3am TWICE and waking up our jet lagged baby that we spent half an hour soothing. Super disappointing and left us feeling very uncomfortable."

"The location is great, however the hotel is very worn. The rooms are super convenient for families travelling, however the cupboards were falling apart, the pull out bed squeaked with the smallest movement and the TV and Wifi were very unstable. Breakfast is below standard. But the staff is super kind and great with kids with small presents when we checked in and always a smile as we were coming/going."

"Well located by tube and generally comfortable. Breakfast could be improved on but is adequate."

"Great location in a huge hotel. Almost too big since it means looong waits for the smallest elevators, where you WILL get cramped every time you enter. Aside from that, it was a really good experience, and the staff was super helpful at all times."

"Rent. Hjælpsomt personale."

"The room and view were amazing. But the beds were really hard and the shower pressure was super bad and the holder for the shower head was under my nose and I’m 173cm high"

"Fint hotel midt i London."

"As always a good stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and very easy to get around London from this location. And it’s a great base if you’re seeing a lot of west end shows! The AC in the room is quite hard to work and pretty confusing to get to stay at a regular set temp though."
