Sun, beach, sand, repeat is a 2B/2B condo located on the 4th floor at Sunset Vistas. This beautifully decorated unit boasts open concept living and can accommodate 6 guests. There is a fully stocked kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a dining area that can seat 6. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and there is a sofa in the living room that converts to a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.

There is a private balcony which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Here, you can sip on a cup of coffee in the morning or watch the sun set over the tranquil turquoise ocean in the evening.

When you are ready for some fun in the sun, take the elevators to the ground level and the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps away. With nearly 4 miles of beaches on Treasure Island, you will not be disappointed.

Sunset Vistas has multiple on-site amenities. There are 2 pools, one which is heated in winter while the other has fountains to splash in. For relaxation, you can spend time in the hot tubs or catch some rays on the sunbathing deck. There are also ping pong tables and BBQ grills to use and bikes available to rent. For those who like to keep in shape, there is a workout facility with cardio machines, dumbbells, and a few weight machines. If you need to work, there is a business center which has a computer and printer.

Sunset Beach Bar is open 12pm-1am (weather permitting) and offers alcohol, cocktails, wine, beer, hard liquor, and food. Sunset Vistas Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch (8am - 5pm) and offers eggs, waffles, specialty coffees, and muffins for breakfast while lunch items include sandwiches, salads, pizza, and beverages.

There is free Wi-Fi access included during your stay in addition to a free assigned covered parking space. There are also 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels available to use.

Located in the heart of Treasure Island, Sunset Vistas is within walking distance from several restaurants, shops, and live entertainment. John’s Pass Village, located less than a mile north, offers even more great activities, restaurants, sightseeing tours and so much more. For family friendly fun, take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Or head to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town. If your family is adventurous take a plunge on one of the thrilling roller coasters at Busch Gardens. And during baseball season, be sure to catch a game at Tropicana Field to watch the Tampa Rays play live. Or schedule a visit in February/March to watch your favorite team warm up for the season during spring training.

Getting Around:

While on Treasure Island you will be within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities like fishing, private ships, and dolphin tours.

The Suncoast Trolley is available to explore beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille.

There are bikes available on site to rent.

"Free Beach Ride" is just a call away (open daily from 8am-3am).

Uber and Lyft are also options.
