Welcome to sunny Florida! There is something to be said about a place where you can walk out your
back door, around your swimming pool down to the dock, get in your boat and go.
If you want the beach, it’s only a seven-minute (0.4 mile) walk away.
Spend the day lounging in your private pool and watch the
dolphins play in the cove.
The single floor ranch home has three bedrooms, two queen suites and a bunk room for the kids.

The location is perfect! If your looking for a quiet, low tourist area, its absolutely perfect. Cute little shops, and the food around there is great! Love that the property had a grill, and the kids could fish off the dock. There was a comborant bird who visited the dock daily. The house was clean, and we had good communication with the owner.

Nice place, good location in very quit neighborhood. Some small improvements could be made with what the rental cost is. Like picnic tables unable to be sat at due to rotting, replacement of a couple sticking sliding doors and more than 1 shuffle board stick with all parts that could be found in unorganized shed. All said nice place would stay again, but small fixes would go along way

Recently our adult children moved to Tampa and we were looking for a place that we could all stay for the weekend and spend some quality time together. We also had some additional family we were meeting for a beach day and wanted a place we could all go to for Birthday Cake after. Bruce was very quick to respond to my request and made us feel so welcome. I will say all of the signs in the neighborhood about not wanting short term rentals you could definitely tell they did not want us there but we were very reap of the neighbors and had no issues. For the house itself it was exactly what I expected based on the listing. It is an older home but it has some newer updates and honestly it was cool having a little blast from the past looking at the tile that was the same in my grandparents home. I loved that there were no TVs in the bedrooms because we got more family time. The sauna was a nice treat. We all learned to play shuffle board which made for some great fun. And just sitting on the dock watching the sunset was breathtaking. The listing said there isn’t a hair dryer but I found 2 in the bathrooms so that helped. The place is well stocked with towels and linens so no need to bring your own. The pool was pretty cold but I am sure in the summer months it is perfect. We all really admired the table that was made from the hatch door from WWII we talked about that quite a bit we all have family from the Navy. My only suggestion would be to get a new can opener :)

This house is in a VERY nice neighborhood. It’s well situated enough from Clearwater not to be over crowded but you can get there in a short car ride. It’s very well kept and had great amenities.

This house is located in a prime spot near the beach. It was a quiet neighborhood right on the water. The house was very clean with stocked kitchen accessories. They do need to upgrade to queen or king size beds with legit bed frames/head boards. The mattresses were comfy, just small

Darren and Martha were great and took care of our requests. We would stay at this property again if beds were replaced. Beds were not as advertised on VRBO.

Beautiful home on the channel. Great for sitting on the dock and watch the dolphins. Location is close to Clearwater Beach and shopping in Johns pass. Plenty of free parking for the beach access.

We stayed while visiting my parents over Christmas and the location was great with lots of activities within walking distance including a playground for the kids. The house met our needs and it was great to sit out in the back and look over the water in the mornings. The neighbors are clearly opposed to vacation rentals (signs in yards etc) but we didn't have any issues with anyone.

This home was very nice to stay in. Had all the necessities and more. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and even a sauna. Walking distance to Indian Rocks Beach and biking distance to Sand Key.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect.Short distance to Clearwater Beach, even closer to Indian Rocks beach and right on an inlet of the intercoastal. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again

Where to start, well we received detail instructions of the check in, the house was in perfect conditions, cleaned and everything in place ready to be used. The location is perfect! Yes, neighbors are a bit upset about this type of rentals but we didn’t have any issues, you can tell by the way they look at you when they are walking their dogs. That’s it, nothing major. Pool is great, sunset is phenomenal from the back porch. We grilled and had a great time with everything they have available in the backyard. Overall I highly recommend this place and Bruce was great with communicating with me and any questions.

The good. Great communication with rental management, fixed the pool in a day and had some to come look at the problem the same day. Good location, great view. Provided toliet paper and papertowels and soap. Which is nice most don't. The bad. There was no third bedroom as advertised in photos. There was a bunk bed in a laundry room that smelled of mildew. The bedrooms were extremely hot. Even with the fans were provided. Also, it has to be the cheapest remodel i have ever seen. Left all old light switches, curtian rods etc. The sliding glass doors did not work but one and i wouldnt call it working. It was funtional but that was about it. There wasnt a comfortable place to sleep or sit in the entire home. The couch was hard as a rock as were the beds. But we made the best of it.

The house was great it had everything we needed for our family to have a great vacation and make memories the house was nice in a very nice quiet neighborhood it was located in a great place easy to get to and surrounding areas minutes from clear water and treasure island and a short walk to the beach which was nice

We had a blast!! The property was beautiful! Can’t beat the outdoor activity! Pool, shuffle board, dock! Walking distance to the beach. Who could ask for anything more? Perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. Hope to be back again!

This house was perfect for 8 of us traveling to the Tampa area for holiday. The house was clean and well equipped. Beautiful mornings on the water. We rented a boat while there and were able to tie it off at the private dock. Will definitely be coming back next year.

The house location is great. We walked to the beach daily, it took just 8 minutes. There is a cute park along the way. The pool was great for when I needed a break but the kids wanted to keep playing. We left a float in the shed. This was our first time playing shuffle board. We read up on how to play and enjoyed playing whole watching the sunset.

When we arrived, we immediately noticed an issue with the lights. There are 2 dining areas, one is open and the other has the table. The lights turn on, flicker, and then ultimately go dim. They would randomly flash every little while but were useless, so we kept them off. No overhead light in the living space, only a lamp. Therefore, the main areas of the house were extremely dark once the sun started going down. We couldn’t see to eat our dinner and definitely couldn’t play games, etc. We called maintenance and he came out a day later. He (Dan, I think is his name) said that theres definitely an issue, but that he can’t fix it during our stay bc it requires an electrician. We also asked him to help us turn on the pool light so we could see out there at night and he couldn’t find it. There was a switch that’s potentially for the pool light, but it didn’t work either. Perhaps the electrical along that entire side of the house needs work? In the en suite bedroom, the door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut, allowing the people staying in that room no privacy when using the restroom. Overall, we loved the view and had a decent trip, but feel that we paid for much more than we received with the house. Bruce was very responsive leading up to the trip but hasn’t responded to my messages over the last 2 weeks since leaving. I also called the company and left a message. Someone called me back from that last week and he’d call back within a day, but I still haven’t heard a thing.
