Only breakfast was safe because was sealed. The room was new but a little bit dirty. The hall’s restroom was very dirty.

I have no problem with 2 stars or less stars hotels,i will not expect much ( you get what you paid), but the issue here was the cleaning process and the smell of dampness in the room make us not comfortable.

I like the places, it cleaned everything. The attention was good. But I didn't like the breakfast because it didn't have options for people with dairy and gluten allergy.

This hotel has been around a long time. Pinellas County has gone diwn hill . This place has recently started to be remodeled . It soesnt deserve the 2 .8 star reviews on google. A room with 2 beds under 100 dollars is awesome and it reak of smoke. The had a simple breakfast 😋. Check out was easy and they let me check in at 2 am ,when I got in from my flight. I am a Restaurant and they deserve better than 2.8 stars. So they get 5 from me for the very appreciated attempt. They are no Marriott or Hilton but deserve the good review.

Exceeded expectations relative to the price. My room was $100ish dollars, and terrific considering we live in a $250 dollar world. La Quinta you are doing great by south Florida standards. And a positive shout out to your 8PM clerk on 14 May 24. Keep it up.

The rooms were dirty. It was very obvious the cleaning crew did not sweep the floor. There was dirt all over the shower curtain and walls around the sink. I'm not even mad about the cockroaches, It is florida.The third story balcony And stairs are falling apart. The designating smoking area sucks there was dog poop everywhere And nowhere to sit.

They need to supply rooms with more towels and then never changed the sheets or anything in the room always had to ask for more and the took 2 fridges to finally get one that work. The area around the building wasnt clean the pool hasnt been cleaned very well cops around every day we were there elevator didnt work

This property has done some updates like remodeled bathrooms, tile floors instead of carpet, new ac units and recent paint inside and outside. The bad was we had sagging bed with broken frame, saw roach, people randomly knocked on door and wouldn’t be there when you check, people ignored pool hours, windows allow every bit of sound from major roadways from people in pool till midnight. The tile floor kept making my feet black so guess it doesn’t get mopped.

The first thing you notice once you walk in the lobby, is a really bad smell... The staff was unwelcoming and weird. The room is poor, also smells really bad, smells like mold. The bathroom is disgusting, the beds are squeaking... Would never ever book another staay!

The room didn’t have a garbage can. I stayed in a room more towards the back of property and a lot of homeless people were around at night time and hanging in stairwells, seemed like this is was a “permanent residence” for most people there.

ROACHES. The overall cleanliness of the room was bad. The chairs were stained and we saw two cockroaches. We mentioned it to the staff and all that was said was that the manager would reach out to us. We have yet to hear from them. Our key also stopped working so we had to go in to the office. Minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience we shouldn’t have. We will not be staying here ever again.

The room was ok, I sanitized it with Lysol wipes and it was surprisingly clean. The bathroom was big, light and clean, however, the furniture was old, the ceiling was dark, and the breakfast was awful: mouldy bread, very scarce. On the last day there was no breakfast at all, because the food wasn’t delivered to them.

Was treated rude and was asked to leave without any notice. The manager Cynthia would Not listen to anything i had to say and was NOT willing to work with me on allowing me to stay until I could get some help. I will Never stay at a Wyndham hotel again. She was not allowing me to use my free night. I don't like the way I was spoken to and treated. A formal apology should be given to me

No microwave or fridge in room, elevators not working and we were on the third floor with heart condition. Deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website left us low on money and drug activity in the parking lot was scary

Floors were filthy. Trash ? from the last guest all over the floor when I got to the room. Walked barefoot to the tub and the bottom of my feet were grey. Had to call the office four times to get the floors done. They finally cleaned the floors the night before I left. Also stopped by the front desk because one of the bedside lights was out. Two employees told me I was turning on the light wrong. Finally talked to the GM and had a light bulb dropped off in the room after two days. Phone and bedside clock were sticky and dusty.
