Emerald Isle er en direkte strandbygning på North Redington Beach. Denne bygning har 2 eller 3 soveværelse option condos, som alle har direkte udsigt over Den Mexicanske Golf fra deres egen private balkon. Du vil finde John's Pass Village cirka 4 miles mod syd, som er fyldt med shopping, restauranter, vandaktiviteter og underholdning for alle. Har du lyst til at køre nogle rutschebaner mens du er i byen? Busch Gardens i Tampa ligger kun en times kørsel væk eller ramte Disney parkerne og alle andre Orlando attraktioner i cirka 2 timer. Florida Aquarium i Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of the Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, smukke statsparker og miles af strande er blot en håndfuld grunde til at besøge vores Pinellas County strande !!! The room was nice and the pictures are accurate. I was mostly upset about not receiving the email on entering the building and not being told the pool is closed. This clearly was due to storm damage and has not been useable for quite some time. This should have been noted on the site. I specifically looked up places with a pool on the beachside. I have had to call the emergency number when I arrived to even get into the building. Angie was very kind and helpful. I have yet to be contacted by the property management. Very disappointed that no one even reached out.

Property very clean and well stocked . Proximity to ocean and pool fabulous . Only drawback was limited keys for access to pool and beach which was difficult for 5 people. Locks were also difficult to use as some poss damaged from salt water and sand . Recommend a small stool for king size bed . I am old and short and could not get in and out ..lol

Cant beat the beach location. The onsite pool was a convenient amenity. The only downsides were the flickering kitchen lighting and the dingy linens.

The carpeting is absolutely disgusting in the master bedroom. The mattresses were worn out ten years ago. Minor repairs were reported and we were told maintenance was scheduled. We stayed a week, we saw no maintenance, nothing was repaired during our stay. The master shower is like a campsite shower stall, no joke! Be ready to live with 1 bath towel/hand towel and wash cloth per person for the week. The locks on the pool deck are no joke a hassle one didn’t work at all. You need the key to turn on 2 gates to get to the beach. Save yourself the frustration…stay elsewhere, we will next time.

What a location! Better than we even imagined from the photos. The sunsets were amazing and only a short walk down the beach was Mangoes Tiki bar (at the Doubletree) for an evening cocktail in the sunshine. We rented bikes from Rad Bikes (great prices and service) and went for the beach cruisers that could go on the wet sand - great fun. We knew from the photos the bathrooms were going to be tired but in all honesty they were an even bigger disappointment than we imagined. Rusty plug holes, peeling wall paper, a little smelly…. Also in the family bathroom we couldn’t use the bath the first 3 days as the faucet needed a repair (due to it’s age). It was Easter weekend and the rental company did get it repaired on the Monday afternoon for us but it just indicates the need for new bathrooms. We loved the rest of the Condo including the huge balcony vs many other Condos you see. Enough supermarkets and food choices near by (Coastal Pizza great, Sweet Sage lovely) but we also ate in often as we couldn’t drag ourselves away from the late afternoon sun and sunsets on the beach! So it’s 2 stars for the bathrooms and 5 stars for the location and rest of the Condo. The owner should reno the bathrooms and charge a little more….it will payback.

Nice location. To far to drive to pickup key. Nice kitchen. Great balcony with great view. Bathrooms had mildew. Bathrooms need to be completely redone. Some parts need paint. Would have given it a 3 or 4 star if not for bathrooms and way to far to pickup key 17 min from property. So gave it over all a 2 star. Would not stay here agin.

This 602 unit was perfect for our family and our guests that we brought along with us. We traveled with a little one that was just over a year and used our joovy 2 play yard pack and play for her to sleep in and it fit perfectly in our master bedroom closet which helped tremendously! Overall the property is very clean, and the pool and pool deck was cleaned daily. Keys required EVERYWHERE which was a little annoying but it also was nice to know that it kept out any beach wanderers. I will for sure be coming back to this rental

Was the most uncomfortable vacation I have ever been on. People living there were miserable. It was not family friendly unless you had someone over 65 with you. I loved the location being so close to the ocean but I will not return. At first glance the condo was beautiful! Upon further inspection there was dust and filth caked in the corners and on the baseboards. We were told they only clean baseboards 2 TIMES A YEAR! During a pandemic that is unacceptable. What we assumed was soda splashed and dried up the side our the island bar. The dishwasher was full when we got there. Was told there was a washer and dryer. Never once anywhere did it say it was on every other floor and we had to pay for it. All the washers were caked with sand. It was 100% not as advertised and a huge disappointment. Also once in the pool area you need a key to get out of the pool. That was a huge inconvenience when we had 3 teens with us and we all were in different areas between the pool house and beach. I get the key to get into the pool but to be locked IN the pool just makes no sense. Will not be booking there again and will not be dealing with resort rentals ever again

We really enjoyed the location. The property was great. Sixth floor with the perfect view of the ocean and the sunsets. The kitchen area and family area were great. Bedrooms could use some updates but it was clean. The shower would get cold when the toilet flushed which was a little annoying. But as a whole the good far outweighed any inconvenience. When I contacted the the management company, they promptly returned my emails with a response. I would rent this place again.

The property was clean and the view spectacular. Cute place. Some updating needed with furniture (kitchen table, sliding door)and better communication with the rental agency. 2 times we had someone from resort rentals come into our place while we were there (without a phone call first.) A bit disappointing. Would stay at this property again due to the view and location.

I would agree with the positives and negatives that have been pointed out in previous reviews for this property. I have stayed at numerous condos between St. Pete and Clearwater and am very familiar with the area and properties. We had another family traveling with us on this trip that stayed a few floors down from our condo (same building) for another perspective. Positive: Great location, great beach area, very spacious condo, easy beach access, nice pool area. This condo is the top floor. There are 6 floors. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. This is a good option. Negative: Bathrooms need updating, master bed is terrible, all sliding doors need work, kitchen is light on drink ware/other items. The balcony must have been carpeted at some point and was removed. Just concrete now. I realized several other balconies were actually tiled or carpeted. Know that this is not a keypad or keycard property. Pretty much every adult will need to carry keys. You cannot access the pool or beach without a key, nor reenter without a key. Full disclosure, I locked myself out. I called the emergency number and someone did bring us keys in a reasonable about of time. There is a fee for that, but it was totally my fault. That has never happened to me in over 20 years! The other family staying a few floors down, had a much nicer interior and exterior than we did. IMO For me, the biggest issues were the master bed, then master shower. I would still give this condo 3.5 to 4 stars overall when comparing to other places I have stayed in the area. I would rate our friends condo 4.5 stars.

The unit is lovely but when we arrived there were only 4 towels for a six person unit, the sliding glass doors did not open, most of the light bulbs were out, three seats on the balcony of which two were broken (again a six person unit) no mop for the floors or tea towels (we went to Walmart ) and finally all the glasses and dinner ware were covered in a horrible white calcium build up. We had to drive back to TR for towels and buy and clean all dinnerware and glasses.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle #602. Very nicely decorated. Has everything you need plus beach chairs and a few toys. Liked the smaller condo building, allows close parking. Condo is a good size. Kitchen, living and bedrooms are updated and nice. Bathrooms could stand to be updated but are sufficient. Unit does need some work. I left a list of issues on the kitchen counter on the comment card.
