A 5 minute walk and you have your toes in the sand at the beach watching a beautiful sunset as well! There are restaurants galore, along with grocery stores and bait and tackle shops; all within walking distance of the condo. Boca Ciega Bay is literally right outside your back door. The dock was just redone in composite decking with bench seating. You can relax on the patio and watch dolphin and manatee swim daily! A 5 minute walk and you are on the beach at the Gulf of Mexico. White sandy beaches and pristine waters make leaving here difficult to do! A short drive and you are at Clearwater Beach, Saint Petersburg, Tampa, Madeira Beach, Bradenton, Sarasota and so much more!
The condo offers many amenities such as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, a covered patio with patio furniture, tv's with cable and internet, washing machine and dryer and more.
