"A spacious room with comfortable bed, convenient kitchen and shower room. We upgraded on arrival to a superior room on arrival for a small fee which I think was worth it.

The breakfast could be better, and a bit annoying that you could not fill your own plate in the buffet. The wifi in our room was unusable, but fine in other parts of the hotel.

"the staff were very friendly and got us everything that we asked for but the room wasn’t in a good condition and everything was dirty and we didn’t have toiletries e.g no soap to wash hands with and the bathroom wall was gross and i decided to clean to myself because i was sick of looking at it and the shower was gross and it just looked like they needed a new bathroom all together because it wasn’t properly maintained. Then, in the bedroom carpet wasn’t hovered also the curtain pole wasn’t even...
