Villa Oceans Ten is a spacious oceanfront villa located in the secure Coral Estate Resort, offering uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea and a relaxed indoor-outdoor living experience.
From the moment you arrive, the villa opens up to a bright and airy layout with high ceilings and exposed beams, creating a sense of space and calm throughout.
The open-plan living area connects seamlessly with the fully equipped kitchen and dining space, all oriented toward the ocean, with large doors that open completely to the terrace and allow natural light and sea breeze to flow through the home.
The outdoor area is the highlight of the property, featuring a large pool terrace overlooking the sea, multiple lounge areas both in the sun and under shade, and several spots for outdoor dining.
One of the most unique features of this villa is its private ocean access.
A set of stairs leads directly down from the property to the coastline, where you will find a sandy beach-style area at the base.
From here, you can enter the water easily without climbing or navigating rocks, making it a very comfortable and safe way to access the ocean.
The entry is gradual and ideal for swimming, relaxing in the water, or enjoying the clear turquoise sea right in front of the villa.
This kind of direct, easy-access ocean entry is rare and adds a special element to the overall experience, allowing you to truly live by the water throughout your stay.
The villa offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to ten guests.
The bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy, with some rooms opening directly onto outdoor spaces, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the tropical surroundings.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and quality bedding to ensure a restful stay.
The kitchen is centrally located and fully equipped, with a large island that serves as a natural gathering point for cooking, dining, or simply spending time together, complemented by both indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Set directly along the coastline within Coral Estate, the villa provides a quiet and private atmosphere while still being within easy reach of everything the resort has to offer.
Within just a five-minute walk you can reach the Coral Estate center, where you will find restaurants, a public beach, pool, spa, and additional facilities.
The natural surroundings, open views, and thoughtful layout make Villa Oceans Ten an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or couples traveling together who are looking for a comfortable and authentic Caribbean stay with truly unique, direct ocean access.
Guests have full and private access to the entire villa and all outdoor areas.
The house is exclusively yours during your stay, including the pool, terraces, and the private ocean access with stairs leading down to the sandy beach-style area.
There are no shared spaces, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

Important Notice to Guests
Thank you for choosing our privately owned villa on a tropical Caribbean island. We aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Please review the following information regarding your stay:
Nature of the Property This villa is privately owned and occasionally rented. It is not a commercial property with 24/7 staff. Guests are expected to be self-sufficient during their stay.
Environment and Climate Located in a tropical setting, guests should anticipate warm weather, humidity, and occasional storms. Wildlife such as insects, geckos, and other native species are part of the environment. While we implement pest control measures, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
Property Condition and Furnishings Photographs of the villa were taken during a staged photoshoot in direct sunlight. The villa has welcomed many returning guests, and normal wear and tear should be expected. Some items may have been replaced with comparable alternatives over time. Shutter windows, common on the island, are not entirely airtight.
Air Conditioning Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms.
Maintenance Services Regular maintenance, including weekly pool cleaning and monthly garden upkeep, is essential. Due to scheduling constraints, these services may occur during your stay.
Supplies and Essentials We provide basic supplies for the first 24 hours, including toilet paper, garbage bags, tea, coffee, sugar, hand soap, and dishwashing soap. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
Utilities While we strive to maintain all amenities, occasional interruptions in utilities (water, electricity, internet) may occur due to the island's infrastructure. These are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for such inconveniences.
Guest Responsibilities Guests are expected to use the property respectfully and adhere to all house rules. Damages resulting from misuse or negligence will be the guest's responsibility.
Liability Waiver The host and property owner are not liable for any inconvenience or unforeseen circumstances during your stay, including but not limited to: Weather conditions Wildlife encounters Utility outages Personal injury or property loss/damage Noise disturbances from neighboring properties or local activities
Refund Policy Refund requests will be considered at the host's discretion. Refunds will only be granted if an issue significantly impacted the guest’s stay and was within the host’s control to resolve.
Acknowledgment: By booking this villa, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer. Guests accept full responsibility for their actions during their stay and waive any claims against the host or property owner arising from the aforementioned conditions.

10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels low, especially outdoors.
2. No Smoking:
No smoking inside. Smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
3. Energy Conservation:
Turn off lights, fans, and A/C when leaving. Be mindful of water and electricity use.
4. Cleanliness:
Leave the property as you found it. Wash dishes and use designated trash bins.
Trash collection is once a week—please compact trash and avoid overflow.
5. Guests and Visitors:
No unregistered guests or visitors without approval. Maximum occupancy enforced.
6. Pets:
No pets unless approved.
7. Security:
Lock doors and windows when leaving. Report damages or issues immediately.
8. Parties and Events:
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
9. Parking:
Use designated parking areas. Do not block driveways.
10. Compliance with Laws:
Follow all local laws and regulations.
11. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-out may incur fees.
12. Damage and Breakages:
Guests are responsible for any damages. Report issues immediately.
13. Waste Disposal:
Use appropriate bins for trash and recycling.
14. Property Respect:
Use furniture and appliances properly. Do not rearrange furniture.
15. Office Hours:
Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Please try to ask all questions during these hours. Messages outside office hours may not be answered until office hours resume.
By booking, you agree to follow these rules. Non-compliance may result in charges, deposit loss, or termination of stay.
Air Conditioning Usage Policy
We are pleased to offer air conditioning (A/C) in the bedrooms of our rental home to ensure your comfort during your stay. To provide you with the best experience while also maintaining energy efficiency, please carefully review the following guidelines:
1. Complimentary A/C Hours: The A/C units in the bedrooms are available for your use free of charge from 7:00 PM to 10:00 AM daily. This usage equates to a total of 50 kWh per day.
2. Extended A/C Usage: Should you wish to use the A/C outside of these complimentary hours, we kindly ask for a deposit of $70 per day, with a minimum charge of $35 per day. This deposit covers an additional 70 kWh, which typically suffices to keep the bedrooms cool throughout the day.
3. Energy Efficiency Tips: To maximize efficiency and avoid unnecessary costs, please ensure that bedroom doors and windows remain closed while the A/C is running. Also, be mindful of setting the temperature to a comfortable level that does not excessively strain the unit.
4. Post-Check-Out Settlement: Upon your check-out, we will calculate the actual electricity used. Any remaining balance of your A/C deposit will be refunded to you within 10 working days. Please note that any extra A/C usage beyond the provided kWh will be charged at $0.50 per kWh.
5. Important Consideration: On the island of Curaçao, A/C is only provided in the bedroom areas. The living room and kitchen are designed to be naturally ventilated and pleasant when windows and doors are opened, allowing the cool island breeze to flow through the home.
